This project involved creating visual materials for a United Nations exhibition promoting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Assigned SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, I adopted a minimalist design approach that emphasised clarity, accessibility, and education. I began by researching global health data and exploring visual strategies to communicate complex statistics with impact and immediacy.
The final poster combined bold infographics with concise messaging to highlight key issues in global health. Although the brief initially requested a traditional leaflet, I proposed a more engaging and unconventional format to better capture attention and increase retention. This strategic deviation aligned with the brief’s educational aims while enhancing audience engagement.
The project reinforced my belief in the power of design to communicate effectively and adapt creatively to meet the needs of different contexts and audiences.
